Development and implementation of an innovative technology for the production of ultra-high-strength steels for strategic machinery components in the mining industry

GONAR - BIS Sp. z o.o., as part of the Scientific and Industrial Consortium, together with the Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, is implementing a project entitled. "Development and implementation of an innovative technology for the production of ultra-high-strength steels intended for strategic machine elements in the mining industry" Project value: PLN 30,846,763.75. Funding value: PLN 16,361,989.25. Project co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Intelligent Development Program. Project implemented under the competition of the National Center for Research and Development: Fast Track. The aim of the project is to develop and implement an innovative technology for the production of ultra-high-strength steels used in the mining industry. The application of new technological and material solutions will enable to obtain bottom hammer elements with higher mechanical properties as well as reduce the cost of production.
